BrassCraft Manufacturing Introduces a New Line of Water Heater Connectors

NOVI, MI – BrassCraft Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of premium quality plumbing supplies for over 65 years, has launched its new line of Coated Stainless Steel Water Heater Connectors. All BrassCraft Manufacturing water heater connectors are certified with ANSI/ASME, and are designed, machined and assembled in the USA .

The exclusive ProCoat® clear coat provides superior corrosion resistance to deterioration from harsh chemicals that can cause pin hole leaks. The integrated dielectric sleeve eliminates the need to install an additional dielectric union, reducing time and installation costs”, says Julie Montes, Product Manager for gas products. Prior to the coating application, the connectors are 100% leak tested to ensure connector performance and reliability. The corrugated stainless steel delivers superior flexibility over copper and braided stainless steel without kinking or flattening for easier installation.

It is important to note that the coated stainless steel water heater connectors are in compliance with the provisions of the Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act. “This nationwide legislation becomes effective on January 4, 2014, states Jim Pletcher, Vice President of Sales. “The majority of our customers’ product needs, including the stainless steel water heater connectors, are available for order from us today.” BrassCraft Manufacturing product packaging displays a check mark to designate 100% compliance.”
