NOVI, MI – BrassCraft Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of plumbing products, has hired Dawn Rowley as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Rowley joins BrassCraft Manufacturing from her role as Director of Human Resources at Masco Corporation. Prior to her tenure at Masco, Ms. Rowley spent sixteen years with Ford Motor Company in positions of increasing responsibility ranging from safety and ergonomics to global HR Leadership positions for Ford Quality and Manufacturing.

Ms. Rowley is responsible for leading all HR activities at the six BrassCraft locations in the US as well as BrassCraft Manufacturing – Asia, including identifying and cultivating manufacturing talent, developing teams, and enhancing employee engagement.

Ms. Rowley has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors Engineering and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management.
