  • Description

    BrassCraft’s Tankless Water Heater Installation Kit contains everything you need to connect gas to most tankless water heaters. Kit features BrassCraft’s ProCoat gas connector with a proprietary polymer coating designed to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh household cleaning, plumbing repair and masonry products as well as UV rays and salt. The coating is applied only after the connector has been 100% leak tested. This kit contains (1) 3/4 in. I.D. x 24 in. coated gas connector, (1) 3/4 in. MIP steel fitting, (1) 3/4 in. FIP steel fitting, (1) 1 in. MIP steel fitting, (1) 1 in. FIP steel fitting, (1) 3mil tube of pipe thread sealant and (2) 3mil tube of leak detection solution.

    • 3/4 in. I.D. (7/8 in. O.D.) corrugated stainless steel with corrosion resistant coating
    • Kit contains (1) 3/4 in. I.D. x 24 in. coated gas connector, (1) 3/4 in. MIP steel fitting, (1) 3/4 in. FIP steel fitting, (1) 1 in. MIP steel fitting, (1) 1 in. FIP steel fitting, (1) 3mil tube of pipe thread sealant and (2) 3mil tube of leak detection solution.
    • For tankless water heaters with BTU ratings up to 290,900 BTU's
    • Use with natural, manufactured, mixed and liquefied petroleum (LP or propane) gases and LP gas-air mixtures
    • ProCoat coating is corrosion resistant to harsh chemicals as well as UV rays and salt
    • Smooth, burnished connector ends seal with less torque, making installation easier
    • High tensile strength stainless steel is less susceptible to work hardening
    • Deep corrugations enhance flexibility and maneuverability of connector during installation
    • Gas connector is 100% leak tested
    • Approved for indoor and outdoor use
